Gene Link in vivo grade oligos Endotoxin/LPS Tested Production Process
Gene Link recommends in vivo grade oligos for antisense oligonucleotides (ASO) or siRNA testing at a research level before entering pre-clinical studies.
All steps of production process of in vivo oligos are endotoxin tested and certified to be at endotoxin undetectable limits or meets FDA guidelines with a final concentration of <5 EU/mL using a chromogenic LAL endotoxin assay. All in vivo oligos are shipped dried or can be supplied at a normalized reconstituted concentration in endotoxin free water or TE on request.

in vivo oligos Quality Grade Levels: Desalted, Reverse Phase Purified (RPC) or PAGE Purified.
Desalted. All desalted grade in vivo oligos are desalted to remove residual salts by gel filtration/size-exclusion chromatography. The final step is filtration using 0.22 um filter prior to lyophilization.
Reverse Phase Purified (RPC). All RPC grade in vivo oligos after RPC purification are filtered using 0.22 um filter prior to lyophilization.
PAGE purified. All PAGE purified grade in vivo oligos after gel purification and desalting are filtered using 0.22 um filter prior to lyophilization.
