Built on two decades of Gene Link expertise

BioFunctions, Inc. designs and manufactures molecular biology reagents and sample-collection technologies trusted by laboratories around the world. From core enzymes and PCR reagents to our patented Omni-Matrix™ trace-DNA collection platform, our products help scientists, forensic analysts, and diagnostic developers get reliable results from every sample.

For more than 20 years, our product lines were developed, manufactured, and supported by Gene Link, Inc. BioFunctions is Gene Link’s sister company, sharing the same leadership, facilities, and scientific team.

Beginning January 2027, all of Gene Link’s non-oligonucleotide product lines will be offered under the BioFunctions name, while Gene Link continues to focus on oligonucleotide synthesis.
